Kaylon Willoughby (any pronouns) is an actor, director, and playwright from southeast Louisiana. Born to a visual artist mother and a father with an affinity for tall tales, Kaylon quickly found herself drawn to theatre as the intersection of art and storytelling. After spending her youth performing with her school drama clubs, she went on to study theatre in college, earning her Bachelor of Science in Performance and Directing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2022. Since then she has performed with theatres such as Bright Star, National Theatre for Children, and Cedar Point Live E!. Her writing has won several awards, most notably as a Finalist for the Del Shores Foundation Writer’s Search two years in a row, and she is the founder and Artistic Director of the independent production company Jekyll House Productions.
